Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 3pin ("Platform", "We", or "Company") regarding the use of the website, services, and all content available on the 3pin platform.

This agreement applies to all aspects of your use of the 3pin platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and promotions, and communications with the 3pin support team. These Terms take full effect from the date you first access or use the 3pin platform.

3pin reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is each member's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the 3pin platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the 3pin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of account registration. 3pin takes this responsibility seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Is a Malaysian resident or an individual physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Not listed as an individual who has been banned or prohibited from using the 3pin platform by management due to any prior violations.
• Does not hold any other 3pin account that is currently active or has been suspended due to a violation.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You are not subject to any legal restrictions under Malaysian law that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities.

3pin reserves the right to decline a registration application or suspend an existing account if any of the above eligibility conditions are found to be unmet. In such cases, any remaining account balance will be handled in accordance with the relevant 3pin policies.

Account Registration & Security

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address are mandatory. 3pin guarantees that all information provided during registration is handled in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3pin account username and password. All activity that occurs within your account — including wagering, deposits, and withdrawals — is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact the 3pin support team immediately.

• Do not share your 3pin account login details with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure.
• Ensure you log out of your 3pin account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) offered by 3pin for an added layer of security.

3pin shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your own account credentials secure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3pin supports the deposit and withdrawal methods most commonly used by Malaysians, namely: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM 10. There is no general maximum deposit limit; however, limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method or account VIP level. Credits are expected to appear in your 3pin account within 60 seconds of a successful payment confirmation. 3pin does not charge any hidden fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and local eWallet methods. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits depend on your 3pin account's VIP level. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes.

• 3pin reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawals involving bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are fulfilled.
• In exceptional circumstances such as third-party technical disruptions, processing times may be longer than usual and 3pin will notify members through official channels.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

3pin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, daily rebates, and VIP programme rewards. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the respective offer.

Wagering Requirement: All bonuses received must be wagered to the specified multiplier before any winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a ×10 wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal. • Each 3pin member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only — at the time of their first account registration.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• 3pin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted if there is evidence of fraud, promotion abuse, or a breach of these terms.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

3pin reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or add any promotion at any time. Such changes will be communicated via the 3pin website and will not apply retroactively to bonus claims that have already been confirmed.

Game Rules

All games available on the 3pin platform — including slots such as Eye of the Storm, Wild West Gold, and The Dog House; number games such as Keno; live casino games such as European Roulette and Sic Bo Live; and Sports Betting covering the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and badminton — are governed by the specific rules of each game, which can be reviewed on the respective game page.

All games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fairness. The outcome of every round, draw, or wager is entirely random and is not influenced by external factors such as bet size or previous winning records.

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, whether due to player error or internet connection disruption.
• In the event of a technical fault affecting a game round, 3pin reserves the right to void the wager in question and refund the bet amount to the member's account.
• Game results displayed on the 3pin platform are final. In the event of any discrepancy between the displayed result and the result recorded by 3pin's servers, the server record shall prevail.

Prohibited Member Conduct

To maintain a safe and fair gaming environment for all 3pin members, certain behaviours are strictly prohibited on our platform. Any violation of the following will result in immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of winnings:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate 3pin's games, payment systems, or bonus mechanisms, whether through technical or non-technical means.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one 3pin account, whether under your own identity or another person's.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using betting strategies that exploit odds discrepancies to guarantee risk-free profit, particularly with bonus funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3pin platform as a means to transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal activity.
• False Identity: Registering using another person's personal information or details that are false.
• System Interference: Any attempt to access, alter, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 3pin platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or to exploit the 3pin promotions system.

Account Suspension & Closure

3pin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons may include a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request by the relevant authorities.

Members may also choose to voluntarily close their 3pin account at any time. To do so, members must contact the 3pin support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Valid balances (excluding bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.

• In cases where an account is suspended pending a fraud investigation, 3pin reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded.
• Members whose accounts have been suspended due to violations are not permitted to open a new account with 3pin.
• All account-related information will be retained for the period required under applicable Malaysian law.

3pin Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 3pin, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the 3pin platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes or wagering on the 3pin platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond 3pin's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any damage to your device or data loss occurring during use of the 3pin platform.

3pin makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24 hours a day. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be entirely free from errors or technical disruptions. In the event of an outage affecting ongoing game rounds, 3pin will take fair action to ensure no member is disadvantaged.

Amendments & Governing Law

3pin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. 3pin will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes via platform notifications or email.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the 3pin platform shall be resolved through the process established by 3pin, and where necessary, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Malaysian law, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
